Yes, we will be happy to create Sculptures/Brass lamps/ Tanjore paintings as per the subject of your choice and desired size. Will there be any difference between the picture on the web and the delivered product?

Sculptures – We follow the casting method of lost wax process (what is lost wax process –check our exclusive page in regards to this method )which are predominantly made of bronze ,hence all of the artwork is one and only one of a kind ,since no automation is used there will be small difference between the picture on the web and actual art work ,However we assure you the best quality along with unique combination of impressive feature of traditional elements, expressive and exquisitely rhythmic this create uniqueness and enhance the value of your art piece.
Lamps – Are Manufactured following brass casting method with hand carved designs as its produce by hand. Since no automation is used, there will be small differences between the designs carved. However these variations create uniqueness and enhance the value of your art piece.

How long will it take for the artist to execute my commission?

Depending on the size, it will be any where between 2 weeks to 1 month (For Sculptures we request you to see our lost wax method page

Is the cost of framing included with that of the painting?

Yes, we will frame your painting at no additional cost. You can choose from various framing options when adding the painting to the shopping cart.

Can I place an order via Telephone?

Can we inspect work in progress orders of our customize product

Can we welcome you to come and Inspect work in progress of you customize product orders but request you to take appointment before you make visit.

What is your exchange policy?

If our client is not completely satisfied with there purchase for any reason, we offer our clients 100% Satisfaction guarantee, If you don’t like the purchase piece for any reason, we will exchange it free with zero exchange fees but note if the exchange piece is higher the earlier purchased piece you have to bear the extra along with shipping charges but goods are to be returned undamaged, unused and unworn

What is your Refund policy?

We do not usually offer refunds except in those situations where the final product is drastically different from the buyer specifications for custom orders. We will refund the entire cost of the goods except for the shipping charges if evidence of a return is forwarded to us within 3 days of the receipt date. The maximum return time is 14 days for international shipments. Evidence of a return is a tracking number and name of the courier or mail service. The Postal Service, FedEx, DHL or UPS are typical carriers you should contact for a return. After those three days, we will offer you a store credit IF the goods are returned undamaged and unworn. After 30 days NO REFUND will be given. Upon receiving the package, we will contact you about the condition of the package and process the refund only if the items are unworn and undamaged. Please insure your package as we cannot be responsible for lost packages and we do require that all international returns be made by air. Surface mail will not be accepted. Specialty items will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstance, if the goods have been removed from its original packaging. This diminishes the value of the product and we cannot accept its return. When returning items by mail, please take a minute to tell us if you would like an exchange, repair, credit or refund. Concealed damage is almost impossible to prove if no notation was made at the time of delivery. However, if you discover internal (non-visible) damage, please contact us within three (3) business days for instructions. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. Please return the product in the same manner as it was received. You will be charged our costs for all excess work required beyond the damage mentioned to bring the product to saleable standards. Any item not returned in 30 days, shall remain the property of the buyer for which they shall be charged. Refunds will only be granted on receipt of the items damaged or in dispute by vendor. At the time of delivery, if the box is noticeably damaged, Please file an immediate claim directly with the carrier. Do you ship products to other cities in India and outside India and what are shipping and packaging charges?

We can ship the products to any city in the world. We ship products within India by (xyz)………. Courier and for International shipping outside India We offer international shipping through reliable and reputed international courier / cargo carriers like FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS Speed Post, UPS. All purchases made by wire transfer, credit card, Pay Pal or through bankers check are shipped internationally preferably by FedEx. But in case buyers are interested to use any other courier services then they will have to arrange for the pick-ups from our warehouse. Please note that once the product is in your country, you will be responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, or import fees that may apply. As a rule, orders received through email or fax will be processed. Your order will be shipped once your payment is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the item is located in stock. We insure all our domestic and international shipments. We will immediately ship you a replacement while the insurance claim is in process. Refund or damaged arrival for international shipment
